Not directly, but you meet everyone on the tour, and two or three of you can ask for rooms in the same house together.

Are the rooms furnished?

Shared rooms are. Bedrooms come with a bed frame and a desk.

Can I sublet over the summer?

Yes, to another enrolled student, approved in writing.

Is there parking?

Four permits at $45 a month. Street parking is unrestricted overnight.

Only with fewer than two years of rental history.

Who can rent a room?

Who runs the houses?

The two of us. We own both, one of us lives in one of them, and there is no management company between you and us.
